PlzNavigate: disable 5th and final-final wave of failing content browser tests.

This only affects the PlzNavigate FYI bots. The filtering will be
removed before moving this test out of FYI. These last 5 tests popped up
failing after the last "final" change.

This is (hopefully) the really final change needed to get the tests to a passing
state. If more start failing later I don't think we need to worry about them as
the test suite is now fully finishing and providing us with the information we
need.
