Telemetry: Disable large profile startup benchmarks.

Telemetry: Disable large profile startup benchmarks.

The benchmarks are taking longer than 30 seconds to start up Chrome. This could
be a sign that the large profile is working very well on slow machines! Disable
the benchmark while I investigate further.

How did you find out about this? Do we log the step of starting chrome in perf
waterfall?
