In particular, would that be a good place to document that it will not work for
intents with Binders?

I feel there's too many different meaning of "intent" here. We call GetIntent
and we both get an intent back *and* we are passing a receiver for intents?

I wonder if we should clarify this by splitting into methods:
GetIntent() => (array<uint8> intent)
ReceiveIntents(array<uint8> intent, IntentReceiver intent);

 As discussed, the intent received is the one that will trigger the passed
received. And passing intent back and forth is really inneficient (they use 400
bytes or something). Changed the name and add comment to make it easier to
understand.
