Found another occurrence of TRACE name unalignment.

Code searched "VideoCaptureController::OnIncomingCapturedData", just found one
browser test that used this TRACE measure.

Can you double check whether this is complete and leaves nothing broken? Thx.

Can you take a look at this? As we've found and fixed a mismatch between the
class name and TRACE filter name, we touched your browser test, as one test
refers to the TRACE result.

Can you take a look at it? We've aligned the method name with TRACE filter name,
and thus made a corresponding change in one Browser test that refers to the
metric of the TRACE.
