IIUC, DECLARE_FORWARDING_ATTRIBUTE_EVENT_LISTENER is meant to be used in pair
with DEFINE_FORWARDING_ATTRIBUTE_EVENT_LISTENER.

I'd prefer to expand the macro here. e.g.)

void setOnmidimessage(PassRefPtr<EventListener>);
