Expose more SkPaint fields in Lua API.

Adds getters (but not setters) for most SkPaint fields.

Patch set 1 had some incorrect-although-not-visibly-buggy types (scalar vs
number vs U32), but PS2 seems correct to me. WDYT?

This lets me get the data on the second-third pages of
https://docs.google.com/a/google.com/document/d/1pt6VSlrF-UJq8KEd3EJ7sdrNEVp4...,
which is exploring how we could compress SkPaint more aggressively in
SkPictureRecord. It's not necessary to commit, but would let me run my script
against the 100k dataset on Ravi's infrastructure instead of just the skps from
the benchbots.
