Update the armv6 floating point defaults as suggested in

@digit1: do you know if there's a try bot that I can use to test this
configuration (armv6)?  My (desktop) gcc manpage doesn't mention vfpv2, just vfp
and vfpv3*.

The arm-linux-androideabi-4.7 toolchain in third_party/android_tools only lists
the following fpu args: fpa fpe2 fpe3 fpv4-sp-d16 maverick neon neon-fp16
neon-vfpv4 vfp vfp3 vfpv3 vfpv3-d16 vfpv3-d16-fp16 vfpv3-fp16 vfpv3xd
vfpv3xd-fp16 vfpv4 vfpv4-d16

So I'll set arm_fpu=vfp instead...

Oops sorry, lgtm, I really thought I had already approved this.

Apart from that, yes "vfp" really means vfpv2 for GCC, I've checked the sources
(e.g. gcc-4.6/gcc/config/arm/arm.c). Sorry about the confusion.
