Description

Tests that illustrate ambiguous spec scenarios and Chromium's behavior NOTE: DO NOT COMMIT, this is meant for illustrative purposes at the moment around spec ambiguity. These two tests are meant to clarify current Chromium behavior around spec ambiguity. See the comments within the patch for details. Currently both pass; only the first is really expected to pass. Spec fix for both cases and Chromium fix for Video_OverlappedFrameDurationShouldChange are goals from this illustration. BUG=
