Name this isPresentational() to be consistent with:

    virtual bool ariaRoleHasPresentationalChildren() const { return false; }
    virtual bool isPresentationalChildOfAriaRole() const { return false; }

Maybe throughout the change, use "is presentational" to mean something whose
role is "presentation" or "none".
