device/bluetooth: Add read_mtu as an argument of BluetoothAudioSinkDataAvailable.

This CL added read_mtu into the signature of
BluetoothAudioSink::Observer::BluetoothAudioSinkDataAvailable and
modified corresponding tests.

TEST=device_unittests --gtest_filter=*AudioSink*
