Trace background/visibility events

Trace background/visibility events

Trace the following events:
 * CompositorImplAndroid::SetVisility
 * RenderWidgetHost::WasHidden
 * RenderWidgetHost::WasShown
 * RenderProcessHostImpl::SetBackgrounded

These events give greater context to content behavior with respect
to visibility changes.
