Move SharedWorker suppressions inline to worker_browsertest.cc.

Move SharedWorker suppressions inline to worker_browsertest.cc.

This matches WorkerTest.SharedWorkerTlsClientAuth and inline disables make it
clearer a subset of the tests don't run on some platforms.
