Flush stdout before launching sub-processes.

This should make the test logs more readable.

Also give failure summary at end of tests, since searching
through the log is tedious.

Maybe print out an easily recognized header and footer, so it's even easier to
process the log and find the failures? I think there's some standard way to do
this so that buildbot recognizes the failures. Then they'll show up on the
buildbot build pages, like they do on the main Chromium waterfall.
