[Extensions Toolbar Mac] Adjust equality comparisons in container code

Adjust from using strict equality to >= and <= in order to account for the
possibility of ratios and floats more safely.

I think this one's okay, because we set width to be std::min(maxAllowedWidth,
width) above (and if std::min doesn't work, we have bigger problems ;)).
