I think it's a layering weird thing to put a CompositorFooImpl over here in
renderer_host, since it's not tightly coupled to the interface it's
implementing. I was fine with the old name, but maybe you can get something
brian would be happy with that describes what it does rather than using the
InterfaceNameImpl?
