Vijay, I've made changes to pkg/browser/dart.js. The changes should be backwards
compatible, but do I need to bump the version number to ensure the update is
deployed to users?

Yes, I'd update the pubspec version to: 0.10.1.  That should get pub to fetch
the new version.

I've updated the version to 0.10.1, and will submit now. As far as I understand,
if this is broken, I can simply revert because there is a separate manual step
for publishing the package.
