Are you sure this is the same bug?
Why don't other deferred-library tests fail?

Pretty sure it is the same bug - the new _htmltest.html-tests do not work on ie,
but it would be great to be able to test this on ie - there might be other
problems lurking.

I would make the comment the same as on the line above - say "Times out on IE". 
Otherwise, people try and figure out what the difference is between this and the
tests above.
