Remove type argument from SecureServerSocket

The VM will soon disallow this construct.

I think this is wrong.  We should not remove extends Stream<SecureSocket>,
because that is how we get the implementation of all the Stream methods.  It
looks like we never test any methods of Stream except listen, which is
explicitly overridded.

We should remove 'implements ServerSocket' instead.  Both ServerSocket and
SecureServerSocket implement a common interface, and we could give this a name
(SocketServer?  BaseServerSocket?).  But there may (should) be no code that
depends on the inheritance relation between them.

Thats right - the only Stream method we use in the tests is listen.

Removed the implements ServerSocket instead. This is also how the
RawServerSocket and RawSecureServerSocket are implemented.

Added address getter which was missing.
