When a browser serves http://try.dartlang.org/ from cache and tries to fetch
http://try.dartlang.org/nossl.appcache it gets a 404 error.

Based on this, the browser discards the cache and tells the app that the status
of appcache is obsolete. Try Dart responds to this by printing "OBSOLETE" in the
status bar.

The next time the user visits http://try.dartlang.org/, it is no longer served
from appcache, and the user is redirected to https://try.dartlang.org/ (which
uses http://try.dartlang.org/ssl.appcache).

Consequently, the old version is removed from cache, and users will be migrated
to the SSL version eventually.
