This removes the meta package.
We might want to delay removing it completely, but only by a day or so.

Is the description of proxy's meaning correct?
I.e., does it only suppress "method unimplemented on non-abstract class"
warnings? Or does it also change the static type of the proxy to match anything
(like an "implements dynamic"), where the object is statically any type that it
needs to be?

If I'm remembering correctly, the semantics were the latter. We basically treat
such classes as if they implement every method, getter and setter. But I guess
we'll see what Gilad puts in the specification.

Ok, I'll keep the limited wording for now, and update it when the spec hits.
Better to change it to allow more than less.
