Allow indexeddb_5_test to Pass on drt x64

Apparently this config is also flaky.

So far it's been consistently passing on windows and macos.  It's just the linux
builds.  I thought it was consistently failing on at least one of them, but
apparently not.

The dartium ia32 build so far has always either passed or timed out.  The drt
x64 build either passes (see the latest run) or hits a runtime error.  The
runtime error actually says something about a timeout, so I'm wondering if that
config somehow just uses a different timeout mechanism that manifests as an
error, but haven't looked into it yet.

We seem to have an issue with drt / content shell and timeouts.  I'd filed a
separate issue on that a couple days ago:
