Description

Do not add '-p' and 'c' options to VM options, the VM flag processing functionality only accepts flags with the '--' prefix. It silently ignores all following options if an invalid option is specified. R=srdjan@google.com Committed: https://code.google.com/p/dart/source/detail?r=37517
