It was still needed - trying to test it I realized that the route was not
working because we were still using enteredView.

Turns out that attached is override in Polymer, so the default one in
HtmlELement is not called (which would have forwarded to enteredView).

I wonder if we want to add something in polymer to keep this working for a
while. Polymer can't call super.attached because it is a mixin, but we could
call enteredView ourselves (and live with the deprecation warning for another
version). Thoughts?
