You really only need to look at sdk/lib/web_gl/dart2js/web_gl_dart2js.dart and
tools/dom/docs/docs.json the other modifications happen if you run ./go.sh in a
clean checkout.

Isn't it still applying the same docs to overloaded methods, for instance
texImage2DImageData?

Yup. This is because our docs.json only uses the original DOM IDL names, not the
dart names, and since in that case we're making multiple functions from the one
IDL function, the comments get mapped to all of them. Hence the rewording.
