Adding more links to the API doc homepage, plus an example of importing
libraries.

I find myself wanting a quick list of the libraries on the left (just like you
get in the library and class API docs), and this text on the right. Or vice
versa.

The very least we could do would be to have a quick link down to the library
section. Otherwise, people might avoid this page.

Is the text long enough now that the library list gets hidden out of sight at
the bottom? 
Links to the side seems good.

Yep. Even if it didn't, I'd miss the compact, easy-to-find list of links. (And
yet, I want to be able to point newbies to the important libraries and stuff.)
