Firefox starts working with these changes, though IE is still broken.

TodoMVC looks no more broken with these changes than without them.

I believe that WebComponentsReady is only in the CustomElement polyfill. And I'm
not convinced that's what the issue is.

Yeah, should be zero. Was hoping 50 would help with IE, but no difference.
