Change in deploy.dart to make it easier to run in run.sh without running pub.
You probably will delete some of this, but wanted to have things working better.

hmmm, not sure I understand this.

For todomvc, the tests will live at samples/third_party/todomvc/test, so this
path isn't correct right? Or is the idea that we need to change the working
directory to be the Polymer package first?

Currently this is only working for test/run.sh which has that particular
directory, even though internally I run
exampelTest('../../../sample/third_party/todomvc')

I think this should be more configurable, but we'll know better once we know how
this will be run inside the new test configuration that you are creating =)
