I did a diff to make sure everything was covered in json_lib_test and
json_toEncodable

removed an unused import
re-enabled a few lines in the test

LGTM, but I know I had a discussion with Lasse and Florian about these
duplicated tests at some point, so I just want to make sure that I am not

Sorry, no. This comment dates back to when I started on the Dart project - I've
lost a bit of context :)

I _think_ this comment was here because my CL at the time also included a fix to
the stringify implementation. At the time, the bots would run the tests against
the current version of Dartium, and not the one that was building w/ the changed
encoding.
