you might have been asking this before, but I didn't realize what you meant.
Instead of 0.1.0+2-dev, this should have been 0.1.1-dev. The problem is that '-'
takes precedence over '+', so this means that:

0.1.0+2-dev < 0.1.0+1 < 0.1.0+2

I also added a new API, now the bump to 0.1.1 is needed anyways.

yeah, it shouldn't be failing, since it's been working in the -dev releases. Not
sure what's going on =(

mmm. after uploading the packages this failed again for me, I reverted this line
for now.
