The implementation of this constraint is implied for dart2js by Issue
177543002 (Constrain type annotations with deferred types.)

Not necessary this time, but normally I prefer '///' that are more localized, so
that we know that there aren't any stupid mistakes in the code.
If you had mistyped "class" with "classs" you would not know it with this test.

Example:

class E {}

class C extends
lib.  /// extends: compile-time error.
E {}


Or:
import "deferred_inheritance_constraints_lib.dart"
deferred /// 00: compile-time error
as lib;

and then split the tests into separate files.
