Update idlsync.py to work with chrome generator.

Update some paths and changed the Save / Restore version control code to work
with my checkout.

I tested with WebCore and chrome, but I never have any .git or .svn folders in
either of them, so probably do my checkout better.

Hmm, am getting an error when I try to git cl dcommit:

I have committed before, maybe I am doing it wrong or I've had my access
