Revert "When using content_shell to run tests, run them with '--single-process'" This reverts r24840. r24840 revealed quite a few issues. Unfortunatly it seems like we cannot run all tests in single-process mode. In particular indexeddb tests are timing out. The issue seems to be this chromium bug: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=229684 Committed: https://code.google.com/p/dart/source/detail?r=24846
