pkg/docgen/lib/docgen.dart:1593: //TODO(efortuna): an valid cases where
parts.length is not 1 or 2?
1) an -> any? 
2) it's considered bad form in the Dart team to to TODO(someone else's
username). you write the TODO, you use your username (unless talking about it
with the other person beforehand)

pkg/docgen/lib/docgen.dart:1593: throw new StateError('More than two items is
not supported: $parts');
Going with being strict. If the code isn't designed to handle a count that is
not 1 or 2, better to throw than to assume a valid behavior.
