I figured you might want to be clever and try to catch the call to
StackTrace.current is SDK < 1.14 to maintain backwards compat

I don't usually include SDK constraint changes in the changelog. The changelog
is primarily for users to figure out what constraints they should put on the
package, and pub's version solver already takes SDK constraints into account.
