I don't understand why this is a good change. I understand that some people
don't want to write the library tag, but it does add value to have it -- in
particular for people doing reflection.

It's just more boilerplate code to maintain and to worry that it will get out of
sync with the file name.

That's a relatively uncommon use case and I think even there users would rather
identify libraries by URL instead of name.
