Get deploy tests working on Windows.

Now that they are actually enabled, the deploy tests are failing on Windows
because of path separator differences in the output.

What I'm doing here feels a bit hacky, but I think it's a bit easier to read
that a nasty regex.

Rather than replacing "|" with the platform separator, why not just replace "/"?
That makes the strings read a lot better.

There are a couple of URLs in the output "package:foo/blah". Those should remain
forward slashes. That was my first idea too.
