Remove fake_async from third_party/pkg.

It looks like the package was only used for 2 days in July 2014.

This package is also in the dev_dependencies of third_party/pkg/test and
third_party/pkg/pool.

I think that our set of third_party packages only needs to be closed under their
normal dependencies, not for their test dependencies, unless we put them in
third_party/pkg_tested.
So it should still be fine to remove this package from third_party.

Do the pkgbuild tests only care about non-dev dependencies? I thought they
basically just ran "pub get" for each entrypoint.
