Please do rip out the formatter changes. It's difficult to tell what the
functional changes are when there's a bunch of additional churn.

If there aren't any code changes that need to happen in scheduled_test to make
it compatible with the latest unittest, you should keep the previous lower
bound. Same goes for the SDK dependency.
