Description

Upgrade analysis_server's dependency on analyzer to 0.26.1-alpha.0. This is necessary in order to take advantage of the new signature for the PathFilter constructor introduced in d977370e3fac0e1a83cc3341367bfcb1f35407d2. Also the dependency on dart_style had to be widened since older versions of dart_style force analyzer version <0.26.0.
