The code LGTM, but do we have approval that putting this in is right, and
allowed?  Are these just the documents served by the dartlang website, or are
these also documents shipped in the SDK, that people could be opening or serving
without going to our website.  If so, then this seems like it might be data
collection that people might not be intending or wanting. Please check that this
is OK.

This is just for api.dartlang.org. We aren't shipping these codes in the SDK.

This code is only executed on the linux build bot and the docs generated are
uploaded to GCS. They are not shipped with the SDK.
