Hi, Peter,

  this test is already marked as failing for Mac and Linux platforms. It fails
on Windows as well due to the same reason - it attempts to compare results of
exp() exactly. Algorithms used by v8 doesn't seem to produce same precision as
LibC.
  This fixes dart2js-d8 build on Windows.

  Please, take a look when you have a second.

I had to patch it again, my first patch (#1) had Fail, OK commented out, which
was typo.
