tests/html/inner_frame_test.dart:13: window.onMessage.listen((Event e) {
This test is horribly broken because of the nesting of pages causing
interference with window.onMessage & the test framework.

In addition, the tests themselves are broken as they refer to APIs which do not
exist.

We don't really have decent functionality to test this today, but the test is so
broken that I think we should just remove it.

Chrome stable does not support this input type.
some of these deletions in the status file seem unrelated? Like
input_element_test and speechrecognition_test?

All of these types should now be supported now that the latest Chrome version is
released.

Or at least, that's the hope. I'll add them back if they fail, just trying to
eliminate some cruft if possible.
