Description

Fixed debugger stacktrace generation that failed a VM assertion. Added LocalVarDescriptors.ToCString(), which is just used when debugging debugger issues, and is not referenced by any public APIs. Committed: https://code.google.com/p/dart/source/detail?r=19255
