Revert "Fix debugger test that broke with the change to the json library."

Unfortunately, the buildbots did not like that. Reverting back to the
broken test.

Bill, this was a pure revert. If I remove the JSON prefixes I think this will
fail big time on the buildbot. Maybe we should do that and put it in the status
file. However, I don't have the time for that now.

Matthias, could I convince you to take over looking at this test?
