Description

Changing return value of request animation frame. This is the same CL as I've had in the past, but had to pull it back because of dartium compilation issues. I believe that these are all worked out and it seems to be working correctly for me right now (I'm hedging here, because last time I submitted it failed in an unexpected variant which I cannot reproduce).
