Description

Drop analyzer exceptions for co19. It doesn't understand "dynamic" anyway. The analyzer only gives warnings for non-existing properties, so there is no error, even if .dynamic isn't there any more. Committed: https://code.google.com/p/dart/source/detail?r=12450
