Some tests in dart2js_extra were never run due to their name. I renamed those
but for the runtime_type_isolate_test I am not sure what it is meant to test. I
have translated to (I suppose the new) isolate API.

As you two are on the blame list for that test, PTAL.

tests/compiler/dart2js_extra/runtime_type_isolate.dart can be deleted.
Originally, we canonicalized runtime types and this regression test was to
ensure that the cache was correctly installed when compiling with isolate
support.  We do not have that cache anymore.
