LGTM. As discussed offline, it may be a bit confusing that the flag is in the
outer try_block but tells you whether you are inside the finally block of the
inner try statement. I don't have a suggestion for a better name though.

I do not have a better name either, but I added comments describing the fields
inside_catch_ and inside_finally_.
