update pubspec for collection_helpers

update pubspec for collection_helpers

This is the pubspec in the version I just published as 0.9.1 because it appeared 0.9.1 had not been used yet as a version constraint:
http://pub.dartlang.org/packages/collection_helpers

needed to publish it because logging depends on >=0.9.1

This reduces the version from 0.9.2 to 0.9.1. That seems odd.

If the package has never been published with versions 0.9.1 or 0.9.2 before,
it's probably safe.
