It's unfortunate there are so many places where this gets kicked off. Not sure
if there's a better answer or not, just sayin...

Ack. The knowledge on "now we're sure that the session restore won't occur" or
"now we're sure that it occurred and the needed Namespaces are created" seems to
be scattered. :/
